Stronghouse - Green renovations of private homes in the EU

Stronghouse is an EU Interreg project aiming to increase number of green renovations of private homes in the EU. In the Spring of 2022 a beta version of a digital tool has been released that help find finance for these renovations.  

The tool enables compliance with the EU taxonomy, and one-click capture of green data from the homeowners. On the bank side analytics- and reporting tools are provided, as an example, the app can produce an aggregated impact report for a green bond. 

The app is an open solution that is interoperable with any bank within the EU. As an alternative to challenging technical integrations to send/receive data, a combination of QR-codes and blockchain technology is used to send data between homeowners and financial institutions. This gives great security and transparency without compromising GDPR.
